  Welcome to United NW Recovery Center, where we offer Alcohol and Drug Information School (ADIS) classes in Mount Vernon, WA. Our ADIS program is designed to provide education and support for individuals who have been cited for alcohol or drug-related offenses and are seeking to fulfill legal requirements or gain valuable knowledge about substance abuse.

ADIS classes, also known as Alcohol and Drug Information School, are educational programs designed to provide participants with information about the risks and consequences of alcohol and drug abuse. These classes are often required by the court system for individuals who have been cited for alcohol or drug-related offenses.

Our ADIS classes in Mount Vernon, WA, cover a wide range of topics related to alcohol and drug abuse, including:

• Understanding the effects of alcohol and drugs on the body and mind
• Recognizing the signs and symptoms of addiction
• Learning strategies for preventing substance abuse and addiction
• Exploring the legal and social consequences of alcohol and drug-related offenses
• Developing healthy coping mechanisms and life skills
• Developing an understanding of how addiction develops and what it is
• Developing healthy responsible ways of use
• Understanding ways to prevent and end stigma against addiction recovery
• Experienced and Compassionate Instructors

At United NW Recovery Center, our ADIS classes are led by experienced and compassionate instructors who are dedicated to helping participants gain the knowledge and skills they need to make positive changes in their lives. Our instructors create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where participants can feel comfortable discussing their experiences and asking questions.

We have our regular group classes normally held every Third Saturday of the mo. @ 9 Am must be pre registered. However there are some exceptions.  We understand that our participants have busy lives, and do offer an individualized private class at a higher rate, must call to make that appointment.

  Our Victims Panel Certification classes in Mount Vernon, WA, provide participants with valuable information about the impact of alcohol-and drug related offenses on victims and their families. Our classes cover a wide range of topics, including:

• Understanding the physical, emotional, and financial impact of DUI and other alcohol-related offenses on victims and their families
• Learning strategies for preventing drunk driving and making responsible choices
• Exploring the legal and social consequences of alcohol-related offenses
• Gaining insight into the importance of accountability and taking responsibility for one's actions

  ID Required:

Must have some form of ID: Passport, Driver’s License, Military ID, School ID, State ID, Paper copy of ID will be accepted however, will have to have picture taken at time of service.

 Proof of Attendance                                                                                  $5 ea. Additional location ROI required 

We will send to 1 reporting agent however for an additional fee you may choose for us to send to another location.

Class Cost                                                                                                           $95

  Includes  full class, storage of proof of attendance for 7 years, and reporting of attendance for one reporting agent

If you struggle with understanding English either spoken, please bring an interpreter with you one will not be provided, or you will not be able to attend until the next class. We do have Spanish materials to follow along with however, the class is taught in English. We wish for you to get the most out of the class as possible.
